The Truck Blue Book Conference provides a unique opportunity to communicate and interact with people who actually work in the used truck industry. Truck Blue Book Conference attendees control or influence millions of dollars annually and will be seeking out opportunities to improve their business. The 2010 Vendor Fair will give you a full day to promote your products and services.

Your booth fee includes one Conference registration. If you wish to bring additional people to the vendor fair they must register as a conference attendee. Since the vast majority of our attendees are business managers and industry professionals, you’ll have plenty to talk to and network with during the Vendor Fair. If you bring another person, that’s just more networking in the interest of you and the other attendees!

Each booth fee includes one Conference registration and one vendor showcase area. Each showcase area comes with a table, chairs and wastebasket. There will be additional charges if you require internet access or electricity for your booth. Please contact Kenna Skinner for details.
Packages and Parcels
Packages for meetings may be delivered to Hotel no earlier than three (3) business days prior to the function date. The following fees (subject to current tax rates) will apply to cover the cost of labor, processing, recieving, tracking, storing and moving:
- $5.00 per box received 0-5 lbs.
- $10.00 per box recieved 6-20 lbs.
- $15.00 per box receieved 20-50 lbs.
- $25.00 for each oversized box over 50 lbs.
- $25.00 for each crate received
- $75.00 for each pallet received
Due to limited space, for pallets that require storage beyond three (3) days, Hotel will assess a $25 storage fee per day per pallet.
Packages must be clearly labeled with the meeting name, date of the function and addressee's name. To insure proper and prompt delivery, all packages, parcels and crates must be sent to the attention of Convention Services Manager.
