Early Bird Conference Registration (Valid October 15-December 31, 2011): $399
Advance Conference Registration (Valid January 1-April 15, 2012): $449
Standard Conference Registration (Valid April 16-May 15, 2012): $529
Valuation Pre-Conference (can be added to any conference registration): $59
Golf ONLY Registration
Includes Tuesday Golf Tournament at PGA National Squire Golf Course, boxed lunch, two drink tickets and prizes. No other conference activities or events (including receptions) are included with Golf ONLY Registration.

Truck Blue Book Cancellation/Refund Policy: A 50% refund will be processed for any cancellation received by Truck Blue Book on or before April 15, 2012. Only written cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be processed after April 15, 2012. Please send cancellation requests via e-mail to email@example.com. Substitutions within the same organization will be permitted at anytime.
