Resort Reservations

A room block for the nights of May 13-16 (shoulder dates are availalbe on a limited basis) has been established at the PGA National Resort and Spa for Truck Blue Book Conference attendees, sponsors and vendors at the rate of $149 per night plus taxes. The Resort Charge of $25 per room per night has also been reduced to $10 per room per night for rooms reserved within the block (see below for more details.)

The cut-off date for reservations is April 25, 2012. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Please book early to ensure rate and space availability! Space is limited and the room block might sell out prior to the cut-off date!

Resort Details

Resort Charge (Reduced from $25 per room per night to $10 per room per night for Truck Blue Book Conference Guests):

Unlimited local calls and long distance access
Unlimited admission to the health and racquet club facilities (including bicycles and racquet ball), aerobics classes (Pilates Mat Class, Yoga and Spinning) and tennis court times
Daily morning newspaper for each room

Porterage and Gratuity:

Porterage: $10.00 per person per room (suggested amount, at guest discretion)
Housekeeping: $2.50 per person per day (suggested amount, at guest discretion)

Wireless Internet:

High speed wireless internet access is available in all guest rooms at a daily charge of $10.95 per room.

Parking:

Self parking will be $10.00 per vehicle for overnight stay. Valet for guests of the resort is $20.00 per vehicle per night.

Directions

Distance from Palm Beach International Airport: 15 miles
Drive time: 23 minutes
Directions: Head east on Turnage Blvd. Merge onto I-95 N via the ramp to W Palm Beach. Take exit 79B to merge onto PGA Blvd/SR-786 W. Turn left at Fairway Dr. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Avenue of Champions.

Distance from Fort Lauderdale International Airport: 60 miles
Drive time: 1 hour
Directions: Upon exiting the airport, merge onto I-595 W via the ramp to I-595 W/I-95/Florida's Turnpike. Follow 595 W for approx. 5 miles and take exit for Florida's Turnpike (a toll road) which will be on your right. Follow signs for Orlando/Florida's Turnpike North and merge onto Florida's Turnpike North for approx. 54 miles. Take exit #109 - PGA Boulevard. Turn right onto PGA Boulevard after passing through the toll plaza, and turn left at Avenue of the Champions (the first light). Avenue of the Champions will take you straight to the entrance of the resort.

Distance from Miami International Airport: 81 miles
Drive time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
Directions: Head west, and turn left (signs for High Vehicle/Parking & exit). Turn left, and merge onto Airport Expy/SR-112 E via the ramp to I-95 N/Beaches. Take the exit onto I-95 N/SR-9A N toward Orlando. Make a slight left at Florida's Turnpike N (signs for Florida's Turnpike N/SR-826 W). Take exit 109 toward Palm Beach Gardens. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for SR-786 W/SR-710/PGA National/Motorsports Park. Merge onto PGA Blvd/SR-786 W. Turn left at Avenue of the Champions.

The PGA National Resort and Spa has an in-house transportation group that can assist you with all of your transportation needs. They can even bill all transportation costs to your room if you prefer.
